I'm Lily Scalf and the owner/founder of Sew Stitch. I have 13 years of sewing experience and 5 years of teaching experience. I have had the opportunity to showcase my own collections on various runways such as Paris Fashion Week and the home shopping network Evine Live ( now known as ShopHQ ) As I dove deeper into the industry I realized I wanted my brand to be different. I saw not only a desire but a need to make a change within the industry. I didn't want to add to the overconsumption and realized people have perfectly good clothing that might just need repaired. With that Sew Stitch was born where I create custom apparel, do alterations and teach others the joy of sewing.
